Rosemary Garlic Fleur de Sel

We use organic, home-grown rosemary and organic garlic to infuse our natural Fleur de Sel crystals with the richness that these ingredients inherently provide. This salt has a complexity that enhances many fall vegetable dishes (think squash, potatoes and stews as well as meat dishes, especially those featuring lamb.)
